Therearefourreasonsforthewatershortage.Ontheonehand,withthedevelopmentofeconomy,thewasteoftheresourceshasbecomeaseriousproblem.Ontheotherhand,thelimitedwaterresourcescannotmeettheneedsofthehugepopulation.Morever,Thedevelopmentofindustryis

pollutingthewaterallthetime.Lastbutnotleast,reclaiminglandfromthelakereducedlakearea.

Wemusttakesomemeasurestoprotectthewaterresources.Firstly,wecanconservewaterinourdailylife.Secondly,thegovernmentshouldprohibitfactoriespouringtherubbishintotheriver.Withthat,theproblemofwaterwillbeimprovedsoon.
