摘要：In one embodiment, an implant includes a support member defining an openingand a strap being configured to extend through the opening defined by the supportmember. The strap includes a first retention member and a second retention member.

The first retention member is configured to engage the support member to couple thestrap to the support member. The second retention member being configured toengage bodily tissue of a patient to couple the strap to the bodily tissue. In anotherembodiment, an implant includes a support member defining an opening and a strapdefining an opening. The strap is configured to be coupled to the support member andto bodily tissue of a patient. The strap is configured to extend through the openingdefined by the support member and the opening defined by the strap.
