摘要： A device for preventing snoring of a sleeping person comprises an
arrangement (5-9) for detecting the sounds produced by snoring and apparatus (17)controlled by this arrangement and adapted to urge the person to stop snoring
optionally, said arrangement having a sound receiving means, preferably a microphone (5)and at least one frequency filter (6,8), arranged to output signals from the sounds withfrequencies characteristic sounds produced by the snoring to whether the current soundcomes from snoring. In this device, said arrangement also comprises means (10-14) fordetermining if the signals delivered by the sound receiving member appear periodicallywith time intervals, which are characteristic of snoring. Said means comprise a counter (13)for counting the number of snoring. The arrangement (5-14) of the device is designed tosend actuating pulses of said control unit when the counter (13) has detected apredetermined number of successive said snoring occurring time intervals.
