摘要：Disclosed is a method for treating or preventing anemia. The method includesadministering a testis extract serving as an active ingredient for treating or preventinganemia to a mammal. The testis extract is extracted by chloroform and methanol mixedsolvent. The testis extract includes nandrolone, testosterone, androstenedione, estradiol,and estrone. The testis extract is prepared by using a method including: adding anextraction solvent to a testis to homogenize; filtering the homogenized mixing solutionto remove residues; fractionating a filtrate without the residue to separate a supernatantand a under layer; removing water from the separated under layer; and concentrating anextract without water.
