T oday Doctor Li came to our school and gave us a speech on health.I learned from it.First I think enough sleep is very important.As teenagers,we need more than 8 hours’ sleep every night.So,we shouldn’t go to bed too late.Then I think it is necessary for us to do exercises every day.And we should eat more fruits and vegetables instead of junk food.Finally we must wash our hands and brush our teeth.If we do like this,we can keep ourselves healthy and we can do better in our study and work.

The person I’ll never forget for ever is my English teacher.He’s a tall man with thick glasses.He likes sports and often plays football and basketball with us.He’s humorous and always makes his classes lively and interesting.He’s kind but he is strict with us.He never allows us to pretend that we know what we don’t know .He often tells us that it’s no use memorizing new words without understanding.Now ,thanks to him,my English has greatly improved.
