ON Generation Gap

Communication between parents and children in question is called the generation gap .Generation gap in the problem of thinking ,communicating ,interpersonal relationship and so on .Many factors engender generation gap ,which have children’s reasons ,while there also parents ,so we can’t go blaming any sides.

Because of the difference of age .there are many means of thinking and conduct differences between parents and children .The children are tired of their parents education ,the even resist what parents said, they think parents can’t understand their living style .but that worried their parents .Because in the eyes of parents ,children are lack of experience .they think children can’t treat and handle things properly .So parents like put hand in children’s life .In addition, some parents use wrong ways ,so that children resist any points of parents .leading to the invisible wall in between children and parents grows thicker.

In the aspect of thinking ,children think parents are out of time .Because of children are influenced by outside easily . While their parents contribute to supporting their family ,pay no attention to the change outside ,thy can’t understand the

openness outside ,they are conservative and can’t understand the ways

that

their

children

track

with

interpersonal

relationship ,leading to children don’t want to communicate with their parents .

So generation gap’s form due to two sides ,both parents and children .So for children ,they should understand parents’ backward ,be more patient, don’t resist them .While parents should make their points keep up with times .Above all ,both parents and children need more understanding ,more respect ,more trust ,more communication ,and they should thinking in a manner of exchanging positions .
