精密雷达进近和机场监视雷达进近

1 精密雷达进近Precision Approach Radar

PAR进近称之为精密雷达进近。属于精密进近的一种进近方式,其天气标准与ILS进近的标准相同。不同之处在于整个进近的过程都是在管制员的引导下完成,而机组要做的就是严格按照管制员的指令操纵飞机完成进近。

ASR进近,是在雷达的监视和对垂直剖面的简单引导下完成进近的一种程序。是属于非精密进近程序。

1.1 精密雷达进近 PRECISION APPROACH RADAR

在开始实施PAR进近时,管制员必然会说的几句话:

* 管制员:THIS WILL BE A PRECISION RADAR APPROACH RUNWAY (跑道编号). HOW DO YOU READ ME?

机 组:READ YOU LOUD AND CLEAR.

建立联络,并确认通信正常。

* 管制员:REPORT YOUR HEADING.

机 组:HEADING IS XXX.

确认引导的基准航向。从报告现在航向之后,机组人员不应再自行调整航向和进行航向校准。

* 管制员:DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE FURTHER TRANSMISSIONS.

除遇特殊情况外,从收到这一指令起,机组不应再进行任何发话,直至报告看到跑道或开始实施失去进近程序。

1.2 PAR进近时ICAO的标准用语

方位:

a. CLOSING SLOWLY,(或 QUICKLY) FROM THE LEFT (或 FROM THE RIGHT);

b. HEADING IS GOOD;

c. ON TRACK;

d. SLIGHTLY LEFT (或 RIGHT) OF TRACK;

e. (数字) meters left (或right) of track.

高度:

a. APPROACHING GLIDE PATH;

b. COMMENCE DESCENT NOW, AT(数字)FEET PER MINUTE; (或 ESTABLISH (数字)DEGREE GLIDE PATH)

c. RATE OF DESCENT IS GOOD;

d. ON GLIDE PATH;

e. SLIGHTLY ABOVE (BELOW) GLIDE PATH;

f. STILL XX FT TOO LOW (TOO HIGH);

g. ADJUST RATE OF DESCENT

h. COMING BACK SLOWLY (QUICKLY) TO THE GLIDE PATH;

i. RESUME NORMAL RATE OF DESCENT;

j. ELEVATION ELEMENT UNSERVICEABLE(将按照相关指令执行)

k.(距离)FROM TOUCHDOWN. ALTITUDE (HIGHT) SHOULD BE(数字和单位).

位置:

a. (距离)FROM TOUCHDOWN;

b. OVER APPROACH LIGHTS;

c. OVER THRESHOLD.

检查:

a. CHECK GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED;

b. CHECK DECISION ALTITUDE (HEIGHT).

进近完成:

a. REPORT VISUAL;

b. REPORT RUNWAY (LIGHTS) IN SIGHT;

c. APPROACH COMPLETED (CONTACT 单位).

失去进近:

a. CONTINUE VISUAL OR GO AROUND (失去进近指令);

b. GO AROUND IMMEDIATELY (失去进近指令)(原因);

c. ARE YOU GOING AROUND?;

d. IF GOING AROUND(相关指令)

e. GO AROUND

2 机场监视雷达进近 AERODROME SURVEILLANCE RADAR

ASR进近称之为机场监视雷达进近。它也并不是真正意义上的雷达进近方式,而是在飞机实施其他进近程序的同时,提供雷达监视,并且对飞机垂直剖面和位置进行简单的引导和提示。由于其精度达不到精密进近雷达所需求的精度,因此它属于非精密进近的一种方式。ASR进近的天气标准与只有航道的进近的标准相同,或者等于同一跑道的VOR进近的天气标准。ASR进近的指挥与PAR进近相比较为简单,指挥时不提供飞机水平航迹的引导,仅对高度和飞机位置进行引导或提示。

2.1 ASR进近时ICAO的标准用语:

a. THIS WILL BE A SURVEILLANCE RADAR APPROACH RUNWAY (跑道编号). TERMINATING AT(距离)FROM TOUCHDOWN. OBSTACLE CLEARANCE ALTITUDE (HEIGHT) (数字)FEET. CHECK YOUR MINIMA[IN CASE OF GO AROUND(指令)];

b. APPROACH INSTRUCTION WILL BE TERMINATED AT(距离)FROM TOUCHDOWN.

高度:

a. COMMENCE DESCENT NOW [to maintain a(数字)DEGREE GLIDE PATH];

b. (距离)from touchdown altitude (height) should be(数字和单位);

位置:

(距离)from touchdown.

检查:

a. check gear down and locked;

b. over threshold.

进近完成:

a. REPORT VISUAL;

b. REPORT RUNWAY (LIGHTS) IN SIGHT;

c. APPROACH COMPLETED (CONTACT 单位).

2.2 PAR进近的指挥

P = 雷达管制员

C = 机组

C: Precision, this is Air Spring 8977.

P: Air Spring 8977, Precision. This is a precision radar approach, landing runway 03R, how do you read me?

C: Read you loud and clear.

P: Report your heading.

C: Heading 360.

P: Maintain present heading. Do not acknowledge further transmissions. Report runway in sight.

P: Closing from the left …Turn right heading 030…I say again heading 030…

P: Heading is good… on track… Approaching glide path…check your minima… commence your descending now, 700ft per minute…I say again 700ft per minute…check gear down and locked… heading is good… 7 miles from touchdown…on track…on the glide path …

P: On track, on the glide path.

P: Slightly left of track...5 degrees to the right, heading 035…I say again 035…heading is good…4 miles from touchdown…slightly higher… on track…100 feet above glide path adjust rate of descent…still 50ft too high…on track…on glide path…turn left 4 degrees heading 031… on glide path…3 miles from touchdown…on track…on glide path…

2 and half miles from touchdown…turn left 2 degrees heading 029 …on glide path…2 miles from touchdown… on track…on glide path…1 and half miles from touchdown…on track…on glide path…1 quarter miles from touchdown …on track, on the glide path 1 mile from touchdown… on track…on the glide path…

C: Runway in sight.

P: Cleared to land. Approach completed. After landing contact tower.

C: Cleared to land.

在整个进近过程中,必须按照管制员给定的航向保持进近轨迹。同时依据管制员的指令,以不超过±100ft/min 的变化量,来调整下滑轨迹。

决断高度时如不符合着陆条件,自行复飞并报告管制员。如符合着陆条件,应立即报告“visual”或“runway in sight”。如果决断高度后机组既不报告能见,也未报告复飞,管制员会指挥飞机复飞。

如果管制员发出复飞指令,在此之后即使机组已经看到跑道或地面参照物,也必须执行制员发出的复飞指令。

除首次联络外,通话时不必使用呼号,因为精密进近雷达进近,每次仅允许一架飞机运行。
