摘要：Vapor-phase condensation polymerization of aromatic polyamides is carried outby vaporizing polyamide-forming monomers, diluting with an inert gas, and reacting themonomers in a reaction zone heated in the range of about 150° C. to about 500° C. fromabout 0.01 second to about 5 seconds or longer. The polyamide is preferably depositedon a removable inorganic or organic substrate maintained within the zone.
