User's instruction

1. Brief Introduction to the Product The ear thermometer is a device capable of achieving infra-red temperature measurement when placed in the auditory canal of a subject .It is a safe means of measuring human boby temperature through the ear.

2. Cautions

· Reading this manual before using ,please. · Before measuring ,the thermometer shall be stabilized at least 30min under operating condition. · Far away from charged objects to prevent from electrical shock · Please keep your ear canal clear ,if not ,the measuring result shall be inaccurate .

· If the LCD no changes under pressing any button ,please take the batteries out and put in again ;

· Please don't use the thermometer if your ear canal has been inflammation .

· Cleaning method of probe lens: use the cotton or soft cloth with water or alcohol to wipe the lens lightly.

· The protective lens of probe is the most damageable part of the infrared thermometer. Hence, it must be taken good care. ·Never charge the batteries or throw any of them into fire. Please discard the used batteries at a specified location for recycle. Using the batteries with a bad quality may cause fire or explosion.

·The product may not be immersed into water or exposed to the sun directly.

6. Method of Use：

Following operation for ℃ ，℉ same operations ℃ .

6.1 Ears temperature measuring：

① Press the ‘O/I’ button to turn on the thermometer , LCD all display ，buzzer ‘bi’ 1 ，backlighting startup.

② 2 seconds after，display a recent pen test records .

③ Display the current temperature test mode，buzzer \"bi\" 1，tip can measure .

④ Insert the probe snugly into the ear canal (best to insert

deep )，press the ‘START’ button ，release it. When you hear a beep Sound, the measurement is complete, then remove the thermometer from the ear, the display show the measure temperature.

⑤ Press the ‘O/I’ button shutdown ，or no operation , about 60 seconds automatic shutdown .

6.2 Foreheads temperature measuring ：

① Press the 'O/I' button to turn on the thermometer , LCD all display ，buzzer \"bi\" 1 ，backlighting startup .

② 2 seconds after，display a recent pen test records .

③ Display the current temperature test mode，buzzer \"bi\" 1，Tip can measure .

④ Insert temperature measuring lid .

⑤ Press the ‘START’ button , aim at back and forth on foreheads parts 3 seconds , when you hear a beep sound , the measurement is complete. The display show the measure temperature.

⑥ Press the ‘O/I’ button shutdown ，or no operation , about

60 seconds automatic shutdown .

Note：Foreheads temperature measuring，because the skin condition by external environment impact is bigger，The measurement data is for reference only.

6.3 Environmental temperature measurement： When using ear temperature measurement model，The temperature period more than human, temperature measurement measuring range[ 32.0℃-42.9℃ (.6℉-109.0℉ ) ] ，The test results automatically displayed as \"room-temperature symbol\".

6.4 Alarm function at high temperature ： When measuring temperature higher than 37.8℃（100.0℉）, Will hear continuous rapid beep about for 3 seconds，LCD display numerical value will have been flicker.

6.5 Memory inquires: ① In shutdown condition，Short Press \"START\" button，Into memory mode，Display symbols “M”and“- - -”.

② Short Press \"START\" button，the last 32 memories ,will take turns to display.

7.1 Ears temperature measuring / Foreheads temperature measuring conversion ：

In shutdown condition，long Press \"START\" button 5 seconds, come into ear temperature measuring / foreheads temperature measuring conversion mode; short press \"START\" button for conversion.

Display content as follows ： Ear temperature: LCD display \"Ear temperature symbol\" and \"EAr\". Foreheads temperature: LCD display \"foreheads temperature symbol\" and \"For\"

Press \"O/I\" button conservation and restart it.

7.2 ℃/℉ conversion: ① Press the ‘O/I’ button to turn on the thermometer，LCD all display 2 seconds，long Press \"START\" button 3 seconds , when you hear a beep sound ,indicate conversion success.

② Short press \"START\" button，, unit can be used again for conversion .

③ Press the ‘O/I’ button shutdown ，or No operation , about 60 seconds automatic shutdown .

8. Replacing the batteries

①. When voltage of the batteries are low ,the LCD will display

‘ ‘symbol, please replace two new batteries in unit; the thermometer cannot work accurately under the condition lf low voltage.

②. The thermometer is supplied with two 1.5V batteries (AAA). ③. Remove the battery cover any more remove the old batteries. ④. Direction two new batteries according to the '+'or'-\install the new batteries.

9 Storage and transport: The product should be stored in the room where the temperature is between 20℃ to 50℃, relative humidity is less than 95%RH, and with good ventilation, without any corrosive gas. When transporting or handling cargo, do not throw, press, rain, tread, and put down as the symbol on the carton.

10. Quality and service

Products within one year from the date of purchase free warranty. Caution: Damage caused by improper use or disassembly by a user is not covered under warranty. Note: Please take good care of your warranty card and purchase bill for application of repair in case of damage.
