1. 闭式泡沫--水喷淋灭火系统是属于自动喷水--泡沫联用灭火系统中的一种类型。它是在原有的湿式自动水喷淋灭火系统基础上增加了泡沫液供给装置,既可以喷水,又可以喷泡沫。由于泡沫与火焰相遇时能够产生封闭效应、冷却效应、蒸汽效应等几种灭火效应的综合作用,故具有良好的灭火效能。该灭火系统采用水成膜泡沫灭火剂或成膜氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂。这种泡沫灭火剂在易燃液体的表面形成一种水成膜作为屏障而隔绝空气和氧气,并有能力抑制易燃液体的表面蒸发气体,因而提高了灭火效果,可以防止火灾复燃。水喷淋系统因为增加了泡沫灭火剂,其灭火效果更好,节省了灭火用水,应用在缺水地区更有意义。闭式泡沫--水喷淋灭火系统是更高级的自动水喷淋灭火系统,可以完全代替普通的自动水喷淋灭火系统,其灭火效果更好。

4.灭火工作原理

闭式泡沫----水喷淋灭火系统的工作原理请阅产品系统示意图,当湿式报警阀处于伺应状态时,整个系统充满工作压力的水,因定比减压阀的作用,使泡沫液储罐所提供的泡沫液压力低于主管网内的水压,即通向比例混合器泡沫液输送管道内的压力比主管道内的水压低。此时,泡沫液能充满整个泡沫液输送管道,直至泡沫比例混合器入口处,但由于单向阀的隔离作用泡沫液不会进入主管道的管网内。当保护区内某处发生火灾时,使一个以上的洒水喷头受热爆破而喷水(或检查试验时打开末端试验装置)。 湿式报警阀系统侧的压力下降,在压差的作用下,湿式报警阀的阀瓣被推离座圈而开启,供水侧的水不断地流入系统侧,对系统管网进行补水。湿式报警阀被打开后,从报警口流出来的水经过延迟器后驱动水力警铃进行报警。同时该水流通过控制管路打开两用控制阀(泡沫液控制阀),使减压阀失效,泡沫液储罐内的压力上升,使得泡沫液的压力提升至与主管道内的压力相同,泡沫比例混合器进入正常工作状态,只要水流量达到比例混合器规定的最小流量时,就能够输出符合规定混合比(3%~3.9%或6.0%~7.0%)的泡沫混合液,满足喷头灭火的需要。 该系统是一套完整的自动喷水灭火系统,具有自动喷水灭火系统的全部功能,并且符合泡沫灭火系统的功能要求。本系统采用的是闭式自动洒水喷头,不具备吸气发泡功能,因此,只能采用水成膜泡沫液或成膜氟蛋白泡沫液,泡沫比例混合器装置的泡沫液储罐采用带有橡胶皮囊的储罐。

This system adopts the closed automatic sprinkler, does not have the air foaming function, therefore, can only use the AFFF liquid or film-forming fluoroprotein foam, foam tank foam proportioner device using storage tank with rubber bladder.

6. 安装与调试 Installation and commissioning 安装 Installation

(1) 本装置的安装位置应当留有便于人员操作、维修和保养的空间;

调试 Commissioning

整个灭火系统工程安装完毕后,首先彻底清洗管路系统,清除杂物,然后做水压试验,确保整个管路系统不损坏、不渗漏。
