摘要：A method and a system (1) are proposed for assisting in the planning of amedication (MD) for a patient (P). A database (31) of active substances and interactionsand a pharmacogenetic database (33) are made available. Moreover, patient data (PD) ofa patient (P), the information concerning the intake of certain foods and/or concerninglifestyle, information concerning the clinical picture (CP) of the patient (P) and the currentmedication (MD) of the patient (P) are also recorded. In addition, a gene analysis (GA) ofthe patient (P) is recorded, from which genotype features (GM) are extracted. On thebasis of the patient data (PD), risks (RPD) correlated with the patient data (PD) andregarding an abnormally heightened or weakened effect of active substances of thecurrent medication and/or of the food eaten are determined from the database (31) ofactive substances and interactions. Moreover, pharmacogenetic risks (RPG) correlatedwith the genotype features (GM) and regarding an abnormally heightened or weakened

effect of active substances contained in the current medication (MD) and/or in the foodseaten are determined from the pharmacogenetic database (33). A report (RP) is
