【注】解释两件事:
1. 最好在邮件里附上了个人陈述和个人简历。大学老师们一般工作都很繁忙,很少有时间专门为一个学生写推荐信。而且,没有一个老师会给自己不了解的学生写推荐信的。如果有个人陈述和个人简历就不一样了,这不仅能让他们知道你想在推荐信里强调自己哪方面的能力,还能为他们减轻很多工作量,从而最终的结果也更能meet your expectations。
2. 那么这些文件是以附件形式还是正文形式发送呢?这是申请中的老问题。有一个基本的原则是:如果收件人用的是hotmail、gmail之类的邮箱,则可用附件形式发送。如果是公司、学校的邮箱则在正文部分粘贴为佳,以避免这类邮箱不支持附件。
